The Petit Meslier grape is planted on less than 1% of all land in Champagne, so this bottle is a rare - and delicious - find. Opening with delicate orange blossom notes, brioche, stewed apple and ripe mango follows on an exceptionally layered palate. Subtle oak rounds out this most special of Champagnes. Impressive work from a Grower producer, showing both the diversity and incredible quality of this most famous of regions.

Method Magic 'Elemart' is the combination of the names of the 3 sons who make up the new generation of the Robion family: Eloi, Leopold and Martin. This Domaine is truly a family affair, growing, harvesting and vinifying their organic 4.5 hectare plot in the Ardre Valley just west of Montagne de Rheims. Only a tiny amount of this is the elusive Petit Meslier, from a single plot called 'La Chaude Tête'! Part-fermented in old oak barrels, malolactic fermentation is encouraged, followed by 3 years ageing on lees.
