Method Magic Domaine Stentz-Buecher is a hands-on, family-run Alsace estate that’s been shaping top-notch wines since 1975, when Jean-Jacques and Simone Stentz combined two generations of winegrowing know-how. Today they tend around 12–13 hectares, mostly on sunny slopes, all certified organic by Ecocert since 2010, with a no-nonsense approach: manual and mechanical vineyard work, hand-harvested grapes, and minimal intervention to let the terroir do the talking. In the cellar, fermentations and ageing are carefully monitored, often on the lees, so every wine develops naturally with richness and complexity. The estate stays firmly in family hands. Stéphane Stentz leads the winemaking with international experience under his belt, while his sister Céline drives sales and communication. Blending heritage, savvy modern techniques, and the unmistakable character of Alsace into every bottle.
