Product Details

Burgundian-style, though slightly more fruit-forward in approach, the Chardonnay is a blend of grapes from both Domaine Eden and Mount Eden vineyards. Clean, fresh and textured, with citrus, hazelnut and floral notes, plus a savoury, delicate herbaceous edge.

Domaine Eden was founded in 1983 by Tom Mudd, in the Santa Cruz Mountains, though became part of the neighbouring historic Mount Eden Vineyards in 2007, but remains under it's own label, specialising in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The family-run estate is led by Jeffrey Patterson and his wife Ellie. Their emphasis is on wine growing rather than winemaking; and an obsession with gentleness and naturalness.
