US-style whisky brilliantly made in Battersea. Mash bill of corn, barley, rye. Kentucky Bourbon yeast is used, and then the liquid is matured in virgin American oak for 3 years. Bottled at 50%. Don't be fooled by the name - this ain't scary, just smooth, full of vanilla and caramel loveliness.

Doghouse Distillery is an independent grain-to-bottle distillery established in Battersea, London, in 2016. Unlike many small spirits producers, Doghouse makes its base spirit from scratch, mashing, fermenting and distilling the grain itself rather than buying in neutral spirit.

Working across several categories, the distillery produces vodka, gin, aperitivo and its American-inspired Debt Collector range. Its approach combines traditional production with a deliberately unconventional streak, making characterful spirits entirely at its Battersea distillery.
