This amontillado sherry has intense aromas of dried apricot and toast. The palate is has energy and is bright with flavours of walnut and salted caramel. The finish has a tobacco edge and is long.

Try with: Charcuterie (esp. Iberico ham), Cheese (Chedder, Aged Comté, Aged manchego), Cold game pie or Jerusalem artichokes
