Method Magic Darroze started with a love of the Southwest and a family table, where Jean Darroze passed on his taste for great food, wine, and Armagnac to his son Francis. In the late 1960s, Francis hit the back roads of Bas Armagnac, hunting down exceptional eaux-de-vie and founding Maison Armagnac Darroze. His idea was simple and bold: treat Armagnac like fine.
