Method Magic Champagne Alexander Salmon hails from a passionate, family-run estate tucked in the picturesque village of Chamuzy, in the Montagne de Reims. Since 1958, the Salmon family has been crafting wines with precision; hand-harvesting, using traditional presses, and even working some vineyards with horses. Now run by the new generations, a father-and-son team, Olivier and Alexandre have built their reputation as experts of the Pinot Meunier variety. This Rosé is 100% Meunier grown in Chamuzy, 20% of which is from a rosé made in the saignée method and 5% red wine. Aged on lees for 18 months. Brut dosage (7g/L).
