Method Magic Champagne Alexander Salmon hails from a passionate, family-run estate tucked in the picturesque Vallée de l’Ardre. Since 1958, the Salmon family has been crafting wines with precision, personality, and a touch of adventure, hand-harvesting, using traditional presses, and even working some vineyards with horses. Their cuvée 'AS' is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged in oak barrels for 20 and 8 months, respectively. This makes for a exquisitely rich Champagne that pairs wonderfully with some equally indulgent gastronomic delights. Best served between 10 and 14°C.
