Method Magic Caruso & Minini is led today by fourth-generation family members Rosanna and Giovanna. Grapes are hand-harvested in early September, then chilled for cryomaceration at 4ยฐC to gently extract vibrant colour and flavour. After soft pressing and careful clarification, fermentation and ageing take place entirely in stainless steel, preserving the wineโ€™s fresh, pure character right up to bottling. Every bottle captures a balance of heritage, precision, and elegance.
