Method Magic The Sobrero family have been producing top-tier Piedmontese wines since the 1940s, with 16 hectares across a range of the best crus of the Langhe appellation. This gorgeous Barolo cames from a one-hectare plot in the celebrated Parussi cru. 55 year old vines grown on sandy-calcareous soils, facing southwest - all contributing to intensely concentrated, complex and vibrant flavours. The grapes are macerated and fermented in stainless steel, followed by malolactic conversion. The wine is then aged for two years in 25hl oak barrels.
