The wine is then slowly double-distilled in copper pot stills, a hands-on, old-school process that keeps the spirit clean, expressive, and silky. From there, it chills out in carefully chosen oak barrels, where time works its magic. Dialling in layers of honey, toasted nuts, and soft vanilla without drowning out the natural freshness.
