About Maison Briottet

Dijon, Burgundy France Founded 1836

Maison Briottet is an independent family-run liqueur producer based in the heart of Dijon. Founded in 1836, the business has developed over six generations, with brother and sister Vincent and Claire Briottet now continuing the family's work from its historic premises on rue Berlier.

Briottet produces its liqueurs in Dijon using traditional techniques including the maceration and distillation of fruits and plants. Best known for its Crème de Cassis de Dijon, the house combines generations of specialist liqueur-making knowledge with an unusually broad range of fruit, citrus, herb and spice liqueurs.
