A refined vintage blanc de blancs champagne. It is an Extra Brut made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on Grand Cru sites. It seamlessly embodies the ground from which it is grown with its chalky minerality, saline purity, creamy and toasty quality. The nose is fresh with characteristics that show its age, like butter and toast. It is rich and vinous on the palate. The finish is lively and long.

Bonnaire sits in one of the most beautiful Cru village of Cramant in the Cote de Blancs. The vines are at the centre of everything they do, harnessing their energy and freshness to create great wines. The Champagne uses temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation also takes place. They are HVE certified which means that the vineyards take sustainability seriously. This is particularly focused on biodiversity, floral protection, fertiliser use and water us.
