Method Magic The Callejo family make the most from their high-altitude vineyards in one of Spain's most presitigious areas, Ribera del Duero. The vineyard 'El Lebrero' is planted at 830m+ above sea level, where the cooler night temperatures help the grapes develop complex flavours. The grapes, of the Albillo Mayor variety, are hand-picked, then fermented in a mixture of stainless steel, concrete and large oak barrels, before further maturation for 8 months. The result is a complex white wine with impressive intensity.
