Method Magic Crafted from 70% Rkatsiteli and 30% Kisi grapes, Bedoba is rooted in the eastern Georgian region of Kakheti. The Rkatsiteli is fermented in traditional qvevri amphoras, allowing for natural extraction and slow maturation, while the Kisi is vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its freshness. Both grapes are hand-harvested from organic, biodynamic vineyards—planted on slate and limestone soils that give the wine its distinctive character. With native yeasts and minimal intervention, Bedoba is a true celebration of place, honouring centuries-old techniques and the enduring legacy of the Konchosvilli family.
