Baller starts with 100% English wheat sourced from Norfolk, which is milled, mashed and fermented at Doghouse's Battersea distillery. It is twice distilled using a copper pot still and 21-metre vodka fractionating column, reaching 96% ABV before dilution. Unlike many vodkas, Baller is not carbon filtered, retaining more of the character of the wheat and distillation process.
