This Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs is made by one of Italy's most celebrated producers, Marchese Antinori, at their Tenuta Montenisa property in Lombardy. Franciacorta is known for its elegant style of sparkling wines, with delicate white flowers and orchard-fresh aromas of crisp apple and juicy white peach on the nose, layered with whispers of zesty lemon and a hint of buttery brioche. Zingy lemon curd and orchard fruit follows on first sip, rounded by subtle mineral and saline notes, and a creamy, lightly toasted finish that speaks of its high quality. An excellent example of Franciacorta which proves why the style has been gaining so many fans recently.
