Method Magic Grown on clay-silt soils at 250 metres above sea level, the grapes are hand-harvested in the last days of September, then treated with minimal intervention. A portion of the fruit sees short skin maceration before fermenting spontaneously and aging for six months in steel. Bottled unfiltered under a waning moon, the result is a luminous wine with floral lift, citrus zest, and a saline finish that lingers like river mist.
