On the palate you can expect apples and pears with a lick of salty, briny minerality. The finish is long, crisp, and herbal tinged. Method Magic Francesco Annesanti, the visionary behind Anne-Santi in Umbria’s wild Valnerina valley, crafts nothing but excitement in wine form... For Acqua della Serpa Amphorae, hand-picked grapes: Grechetto, Malvasia, Pecorino, Trebbiano, and other local gems, are fermented with native yeasts in unlined terracotta amphorae, soaking on their skins to build rich texture and depth. After roughly 10 months in amphorae, the wine finishes in glass demijohns with minimal intervention, no fining or filtration, and barely any sulphites, resulting in a vibrant, mineral-charged, skin-contact white that's pretty unique.
