Scotch

Scotch is produced under strict regulations, made primarily from malted barley or other grains and aged in oak casks for at least three years. It comes in several styles, such as single malt, blended malt, and blended Scotch. Regions like Islay or Speyside impart distinctive flavour profiles, from peaty and smoky to fruity and floral. Scotch whisky is renowned for its heritage, craftsmanship, and depth of flavour, usually enjoyed neat or with a splash of water.
