Rum

Rum is made from sugarcane byproducts, such as molasses or sugarcane juice, through fermentation and distillation. It is typically aged in barrels, which gives it a range of flavours from light and sweet, to dark and rich. Born in the Caribbean and Latin America, it's enjoyed worldwide and can be used in cocktails or sipped on its own.
