Iconic spirit with the flavour of juniper berries, Gin works well with tonic, in cockails and with a slice of lemon. Each distillery makes their own blend from a variety of other botanicals like citrus peel, coriander, and spices. Originating in the Netherlands in the 17th century as "jenever," it evolved in England into several styles, including London Dry (crisp and aromatic), Old Tom (slightly sweeter), Pink...
