This German dry gin is infused with Riesling. It contains more than thirty botanicals which are perfectly balanced.  A really exciting gin.

Distilled from: 36 botanicals, including Verbana, Juniper, Riesling grapes, Apple Mint, Rye, Passion Flower, Nutmeg, Quince, Red Vineyard Peach, Lavender, Ginger and Bergamot.

Distilation method: A grain base spirit then has 30 botanicals added via a single distillation pass, but split between maceration and gin basket, depending on which botanical responds best. The final spirit is diluted and has Riesling wine added. This is then left to rest for 4 weeks in stoneware before bottling.
