This Oregon Pinot Noir has aromas of raspberry and cherry complimented by notes of cinnamon and delicate violet. The flavours are of plum and boysenberry along with a complexity of other notes including leather and earthy cola evolving into chalky tannins and even a sense of crème brulée.
