This whisky has aromas of rounded and smoky (burning applewood) along with a host of other smells - creamy toffee, dates, aniseed and treacle - a suggestion of peach and banana - lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. The flavours are of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, smoky tea leaves and orange - also gentle sweet spice, cigar smoke and artichoke. Inspired by the Mull of Oa.
