Each plot is vinified separately - this wine is from \u003cstrong\u003ePremier Cru\u003c\/strong\u003e vineyards, and is concentrated enough to be aged in \u003cstrong\u003e70% oak, 18% concrete egg and 12% stainless steel\u003c\/strong\u003e.
